The UAE stands in solidarity with Libya and offers its condolences to the victims of the Chief of Staff plane crash

Abu Dhabi, December 24 / WAM / The UAE expressed its sincere condolences and solidarity with the sister country of Libya on the death of Lieutenant General Mohammed Al Haddad, Chief of Staff, and a number of military commanders in the plane crash that was transporting them to Tripoli near Ankara Airport.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed, in a statement, that the UAE expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families and loved ones of the victims, and to the government of Libya and its brotherly people in this painful tragedy.
