المملكة: The Sultan of Oman awards the Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Forces the Oman Military Medal

Today, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, granted His Royal Highness Lieutenant General , commander of Oman Military Medal, Second Class, for his efforts and contributions to strengthening the existing military cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
The medal was presented to His Highness the Commander of , His Highness Shihab bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, in the presence of the Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman, Major General Pilot Khamis Al Ghafri, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Sultanate of Oman, Ibrahim bin Saad bin Bishan, and the delegation accompanying His Highness the Commander of the Air Force.

In addition, His Highness the Commander of the Air Force, Minister of the Royal Office, Lieutenant General Sultan bin Mohammed, met Al-Numani, and during the meeting, topics of common interest were discussed.
His Highness the Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Forces, Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, arrived yesterday in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman on an official visit to the leadership of the Royal Air Force of Oman, during which he met with the Commander of the Arms, Major General Pilot Khamis Al-Ghafri. During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were discussed in the field of training and exercises between the two sides.
His Highness and the accompanying delegation also visited the Air Training Center. Specialist, and learned about the advanced training capabilities it includes, which reflects the level of development witnessed by the Royal Air Force of Oman in the fields of qualification and training.
