30 tons of therapeutic and preventive supplements from the Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation arrive in Gaza via “The Gallant Knight 3”

An aid convoy provided by the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation entered the Gaza Strip, as part of Operation “The Gallant Knight 3,” carrying a shipment of therapeutic and preventive aid intended for children and women.

The shipment arrived in the city of Al-Arish on a private plane, where the Emirati humanitarian aid team supervised its receipt, storage and processing in accordance with approved safety and sorting procedures, before bringing it into the sector to ensure its arrival to the target groups.

The aid includes therapeutic and preventive products to address malnutrition, approved by international organizations, most notably UNICEF, and includes natural food compounds fortified with essential vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids.

These products were manufactured from ingredients including peanuts, milk, sugars and fats, according to precise standards that ensure the highest levels of effectiveness in dealing with cases of malnutrition at various levels.

The total weight of the load is about 30 tons of therapeutic and preventive products, allocated to support the most affected groups within the Gaza Strip. It is expected that this aid will contribute to supporting approximately 20,000 children and women, thus enhancing recovery opportunities and reducing health risks associated with malnutrition.

This aid comes within the framework of the commitment of the UAE and the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Foundation to alleviate the suffering of our brothers in the Strip, and to provide basic needs to the most needy groups, as part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts of Operation “The Gallant Knight 3” to support Gaza with various forms of relief support.
