Putin signs a law prohibiting the implementation of foreign court decisions in Russia

He fell President Russian Vladimir Putin, today, Legally Forbidden to implement Provisions Courts Criminal And international foreign countries in the territory of Russia.
This law was published under the name “On Amending Article 6 of the Federal Constitutional Law “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation” on the website dedicated to the official publication of legal documents.
According to the law, “decisions of foreign courts that have been granted criminal jurisdiction by other foreign countries without Russia’s participation, and decisions of international judicial bodies whose jurisdiction is not based on an international treaty with Russia’s participation or on a resolution issued by the UN Security Council under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, are not subject to implementation in Russia.”
Putin signed a law specifying the day 19 April is a new date to commemorate the victims of the genocide of the Soviet people committed by the Nazis and their collaborators during the Great Patriotic War. 1941–[1945.
Today, the Russian President also signed a number of other laws, including a law granting military courts the authority to try stateless military personnel and a law specifying the doubling of fines imposed on transporting children in cars without designated seats for them.
