Partial reopening of the Channel Tunnel after technical problems canceled Eurostar flights

The Channel Tunnel was partially reopened today, after technical problems led to the cancellation of most Eurostar train services between London and a number of European capitals.
Eurostar reported a widespread disruption to its services, calling on travelers to postpone their flights, while all flights from St. Pancras station were cancelled. Train services between London, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels have also been suspended, with limited operation of some flights between Paris and Brussels.
The company operating the tunnel confirmed the gradual resumption of train traffic during the afternoon, while continuing to warn of disruptions and delays in travel.
