In an extension of this scene, the second section focused "A tapestry of light and dust" It seeks to explore the relationship between the material and the immaterial, through artistic works that reformulate the concepts of light, clay, and fabric, revealing the interaction of matter with the spirit, and the connection of artistic creativity with the surrounding environment as a source of inspiration.

The third section is devoted to "Implications of the future"To reread traditions with a contemporary vision, mixing cultural memory and artistic innovation, as the displayed works presented artistic visions linking the past to the present, and anticipating the features of a future based on cultural heritage.
The festival contributed to providing a comprehensive cultural experience that highlighted the depth of Chinese civilization and the diversity of its cultural heritage, in addition to reviewing the aspects of convergence between it and Saudi culture, which reflects the Ministry of Culture’s commitment to building bridges of cultural communication, enhancing the Kingdom’s presence at the regional and international levels, and consolidating Its position as an active center for global cultural dialogue; It is consistent with the objectives of the National Strategy for Culture within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The festival targeted various segments, including families and individuals, tourists and foreign visitors, official delegations, and professionals working in the cultural sectors, through an integrated program that included an art exhibition that enhances human rapprochement through culture as a universal, universal language.
