“Themaar” achieves 17% profit from the sale of its share in “Yamamah Plus” for 8.9 million riyals

Themar Development Holding Company signed an agreement to sell its share in Yamama Plus Serviced Apartments Company for an amount of 8.9 million riyals, achieving a profit of approximately 17%.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The amount of investment in the company was estimated at 7.6 million riyals, to acquire 22% of the ownership shares of Yamama Plus.
It noted that 50% would be paid and the remainder would be paid within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of signing the agreement.
It stated that the proceeds of the sale would be used in order to achieve the approved financial regulation plan.
