The Authority indicated that the decision will be implemented. It begins from the date of its issuance, provided that it is published in the Official Gazette and notified to the relevant authorities for implementation, as part of their continuing efforts to develop the real estate system, raise the level of transparency, and enhance stability in the residential rental market in the Kingdom.
