“Laden” intends to object to white land bills worth 2.65 million riyals
Company announced "Laden Investment"Today, Monday, it received a number of invoices for white land fees worth 2.56 million riyals, related to lands located within the geographical areas specified for the program.
The company explained in a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"It received the invoices on January 1, 2026, indicating that the aforementioned lands were developed within off-plan sale projects and are in the marketing and ownership transfer stage to buyers.
She added: "The company believes that these lands do not fall within the definition of “white land” stipulated in the regulations, so the company intends to file an objection to these invoices, based on its legal right to object to fees, and will follow the required legal procedures in this regard."
The company will disclose any other fundamental developments in the event that additional information is received or any developments are issued related to these invoices or the objections submitted.
