The Ministry obligated auditors when necessary to Ammending the grade by crossing out the old number in a light font to keep it legible, and writing the new grade numerically and in writing with an explicit signature, prohibiting the use of the “white eraser” permanently to ensure legal reliability.

The instructions established a golden principle that favors the student when errors occur in monitoring, whereby the “wrong” grade is fixed and approved immediately if it is the highest and in his interest, while it is amended immediately if it belittles him.

The Ministry resolved the dilemma of multiple answers, directing that the “arithmetic mean” be calculated for all Answersin essay questions, while choosing more than one alternative in objective questions was considered an incorrect answer that deserved a zero.

The regulations showed humane flexibility with the “complete” students, as they allowed half the grade to be counted for the correct crossed out answer if it was readable, taking into account the psychological pressures in the last chance tests.

The guide stressed on the “control and control” committees the necessity of making precise matches between electronic monitoring and answer sheets, with the obligation of randomly reviewing samples of papers to ensure the soundness of technical procedures.
