Striker Quddus will miss Tottenham until April

Tottenham Hotspur coach Thomas Frank said yesterday that striker Mohamed Quddus will be sidelined until next April, due to a thigh injury he suffered during the draw with Sunderland last Sunday.

Quddus participated in 19 matches with Tottenham this season in the English Premier League, scoring two goals and making five goals. The 25-year-old Ghanaian international player fell injured during the draw in which Tottenham finished 14th in the league. Frank said: “We expect him to return after the international break in March,” which lasts from March 23 to 31. Tottenham will host Aston Villa, Tomorrow, in the third round of the FA Cup.
