"Al Zorah Real Estate Development" The two most expensive sales deals for residential units were recorded in Ajman

Ajman, 9 January / WAM / Al Zorah Real Estate Development, the joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, announced the completion of the sale of the two most expensive residential units ever in the Emirate of Ajman, which included a luxurious palace on the waterfront and a beach penthouse within Al Zorah City, near the upcoming Four Seasons Resort Al Zorah.

These record deals reflect the growing momentum witnessed by the luxury real estate market in the emirate, and the growing demand for the integrated coastal lifestyle offered by Al Zorah, which combines an exceptional location, low-density urban planning, quality design, and sustainable investment value.

The first deal included the sale of an ultra-luxury five-bedroom beach palace within the Sea Glints Mansions project for a value of approximately 30.8 million dirhams, setting a new record for residential real estate in Ajman. The built-up area of ​​the palace is 7,338 square feet, and is located on a plot of land extending to 14,000 square feet. It features high-level finishes that include marble floors, custom-designed woodwork, fully landscaped gardens with a private pool and Jacuzzi, as well as kitchens and bathrooms equipped with international brands, and advanced smart home systems.

The Sea Glints Mansions project includes seven exclusive beach mansions and is located directly next to the upcoming Four Seasons Resort Al Zorah. It recently won the Best Residential Project (2 to 9 Units) – Ajman award at the Arab Property Awards 2025-2026.

The company also announced the completion of the sale of a four-bedroom penthouse within the “Sea Line Residences” project, a luxury residential project on the waterfront in the tourist area of ​​Al Zorah, at a value of 9 million dirhams. The penthouse has an area of ​​4,612 square feet and offers spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, high ceilings, and direct panoramic sea views, with direct access to the beach. The project includes only 99 residential units, scheduled for delivery in December 2026.
