“Flydubai” chooses “Zest Out” to digitize flight processing operations

Flydubai has chosen Zest Out to enhance and improve the management of aircraft processing operations at Dubai International Airport and across its growing network of destinations.
The carrier stated in a statement yesterday that the “Zest Out” platform will work to digitize aircraft preparation operations and provide the company with immediate visibility, in addition to cooperation supported by artificial intelligence and based on prediction, allowing more efficient decisions to be made by improving operational implementation.
She pointed out that this helps ensure take-offs at the specified times, improves the passengers’ experience, in line with the carrier’s innovation standards, and provides a distinctive and comfortable travel experience for customers.
Mohamed Hassan, Senior Vice President of Airport and Cargo Services at Flydubai, said: “As our operations expand steadily, real-time visibility and optimal performance are key elements to enhancing the connectivity of our passengers’ flights across our growing network. By adopting the latest digital solutions, we look forward to building on our successful partnership with Zest Out to enhance our operational efficiency.”
He added: “Flydubai’s growing network currently covers more than 135 destinations in 58 countries, served by a modern and active fleet consisting of 97 Boeing 737 aircraft. The carrier operates an average of 370 flights daily from Dubai International Airport, which supports Dubai’s position as one of the most important aviation hubs in the world.”
For his part, CEO of Zest Out, Amit Sukhija, said: “We are happy to cooperate with Flydubai in this important step. Thanks to the flexibility enjoyed by the carrier, Flydubai is adopting the latest maintenance and operation management technologies, with the aim of developing its future operations.”
He added: “This decision confirms the need for artificial intelligence, prediction-based decision management, and enhanced cooperation to manage the carrier’s daily operations.”
