“I don’t know how he’s alive.”

US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that his president, Donald Trump, “eats very poorly,” especially when he travels.
He said on a podcast by conservative influencer Katie Miller that he mainly eats fast food for safety reasons, but also because he trusts the products of major companies.
Kennedy added that Trump “does not want to get sick while traveling.”
He explained, “If you travel with him, you will realize the idea that he pumps poison into himself all day long, and we do not know how he gets around, not to mention that he is the most active person any of us has ever met.”
When asked who had the most unusual eating habits, Kennedy replied that it was the president, “and I don’t know how he’s alive, but he’s alive.”
However, Kennedy added that the president “usually eats well” when he is at his residence in Maragallo, Florida, or the White House. He described Trump as having “wonderful health.”
