Strong competitions in camel competition at Al Dhafra Festival
Al Dhafra, 19 January / WAM / Today, the rounds of Sin Al Mafarid Al Sharaya in the Mazayna, the final leg of the Al Dhafra Festival, witnessed strong competition between camel owners, and the competitions will continue until January 22 in Madinat Zayed in the Al Dhafra region, organized by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority.
The competitions took place in 5 rounds dedicated to the age of the mafarid Sharaya for the tribesmen (1 and 2) for the Majahim and the local ones, and the round for the purebred hybrids (1), in a strong competitive atmosphere and with wide participation from camel owners.
His Excellency Obaid Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of the Festivals and Events Sector at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, crowned the winners in a remarkable celebratory atmosphere that reflected the great turnout and wide interaction with the auction competitions.
