"Muslim sages" It participates with 275 publications in the Cairo Book Fair


Abu Dhabi, January 20 / WAM / The Muslim Council of Elders is participating in a special pavilion in the 57th session of the Cairo International Book Fair 2026, which opens tomorrow and continues until next February 3, based on its message aimed at promoting peace, consolidating the values of dialogue and tolerance, and building bridges of cooperation between human beings of different races and beliefs.
This year, the Council’s pavilion presents more than 275 books and publications, including 25 new books that address the most important intellectual issues.
The Council’s pavilion also presents to its visitors many publications by His Eminence the Grand Imam, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, President of the Council of Muslim Elders, highlighting the eminence of Islam and its intellectual and philosophical heritage, in addition to a number of important intellectual publications by members of the Council of Muslim Elders and an elite group of thinkers and researchers.
The Muslim Council of Elders’ pavilion hosts more than 13 seminars and cultural events in which a number of thinkers, experts and clerics lecture, discussing many important intellectual and humanitarian issues.
The Council organizes a number of cultural seminars presented by the youth of the “Peacemakers Youth Forum” initiative, which aims to hone young people’s skills, build and develop their capabilities in the fields of peacemaking, interfaith dialogue, peaceful coexistence and spreading the values of human brotherhood.
