The Center for Infrastructure Projects in the Riyadh Region confirmed that the completion of the implementation of all home connections to basic infrastructure networks is a basic requirement for obtaining approval for new residential plans in the city of Riyadh.
He explained that this is among what was stated in "Home wiring guide" Which was adopted by the Center as one of the pillars of the Housing Plans Readiness Initiative, which was announced within the program "Origins" The transformational transformation launched by the Center to regulate the infrastructure sector and raise the efficiency of planning, implementation and quality of work.
Home Connections Guide
He pointed out that the Home Connections Guide is a comprehensive reference aimed at ensuring the readiness of all new schemes with a complete, reliable and scalable infrastructure.
He stated that the Guide specifies obligations and unifies procedures for implementing home connections in accordance with technical standards, approved materials, and procedural requirements for water, electricity, and communications service providers, while specifying responsibilities. Technical and regulatory, and ensuring future readiness by implementing and delivering infrastructure that meets technical and future developments.
The Center stressed that implementing this obligation enhances the efficiency of planning and implementation, raises the reliability of infrastructure work, and ensures the readiness of residential neighborhoods before they are occupied, which will reflect positively on the urban landscape and quality of life in the city of Riyadh.
