The GCC region is preparing for another active year in the IPO market during 2026, with a strong group of companies in various stages of preparation, according to a report issued by Kuwait Projects Asset Management Company (KAMCO).

The report pointed out that there are about 73 IPOs in preparation in the GCC countries, while Saudi Arabia is expected to lead again in terms of size Initial public offerings in 2026, as the CEO of Saudi Tadawul indicated, last December, that 40 companies had already submitted applications for listing. The GCC region witnessed 40 initial public offerings in 2025, raising total revenues amounting to 5.1 billion US dollars, according to data from the Kuwait Financial Center (Markaz).
