Unused apps and accounts increase the risk of digital fraud

The Cyber Security Council emphasized that unused applications and inactive accounts can lead to an increased risk of exposure to digital fraud.
The Council said through its account on the “X” platform today that the digital fingerprint expands when downloading an application, logging into a service, or sharing information online, indicating that reducing it reduces the fraudulent risk by 30%.
He stressed that 10 minutes can guarantee the user long-term digital security by: deleting 3 unused applications, closing an old account, and reviewing the privacy settings for one digital medium.
