Launching a new phase of the Nitaqat Developer Program to localize 340,000 jobs

Launched NationalizationMore than 340,000 additional jobs for male and female citizens in the private sector.

This enhances the sustainability of the labor market and supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The launch of this phase comes as an extension of the success achieved by the program since its launch in 2021.

Promoting Nationalization

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed Al-Rajhi, said that the new phase was carefully designed to ensure achieving a balance between enhancing Emiratisation and supporting the growth of the private sector.

He pointed out that The programis based on a comprehensive analysis of the reality of the labor market and the capacity of establishments in various sectors.

The Minister added that the experience of the previous stages of the Nitaqat Program confirmed the ability of the Saudi citizen to succeed and excel in various professions with high efficiency, which constituted a solid starting point for launching a new phase of the program.

Empowering National Competencies

He continued: "This launch reflects our continued commitment to empowering national competencies and enhancing their effective participation in the labor market, which contributes to building a more stable and sustainable market. At this stage, we continue to build on what has been achieved, while ensuring the competitiveness of the private sector"

Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for the Labor Sector, Dr. Abdullah Abu Thanin, said that the Ministry had conducted comprehensive analytical studies for all sectors and establishments, through which realistic target Saudization ratios were proposed that take into account the nature of business and market conditions, in light of the presence of national competencies who have proven their ability to perform these roles.

He indicated that this step will contribute to enhancing job stability, raising productivity, and achieving real sustainability for the labor market.

She confirmed The Ministry said that the new phase of the developer’s scopes will contribute to enhancing citizens’ participation in the labor market, creating quality job opportunities, and achieving a sustainable balance between supply and demand, which supports the growth of the national economy and enhances the confidence of the private sector in the long term.
