The heroine of the second season of the famous series “Al-Rawabi School for Girls” is now preparing to appear before the Arab audience, through a package of Egyptian works, which are currently being prepared and filmed, to be one of the most prominent female faces in the upcoming Ramadan season.

After Tara closed the curtain on filming her scenes in the series “Pride of the Delta,” in which she participates alongside the young star Ahmed Ramzy, and a group of brilliant names, such as: Intisar, Ahmed Essam Al-Sayed, Mohamed Mahmoud, and Hanan Youssef. Written by Abdel Rahman Gawish, directed by Hadi Bassiouni; The Jordanian artist officially joined the cast of one of the largest Arab productions this year, the series “The Companions of the Earth.”

This work comes under the leadership of director Peter Mimi, and written by Ammar Sabry, giving Tara the opportunity to stand for the first time in front of prominent acting figures, such as: Iyad Nassar and Menna Shalabi, accompanied by a crowd of the biggest stars of the Arab world.

The “Companions of the Earth” series, scheduled to be shown in Ramadan 2026, delves into the depths of Gaza City, where it weaves a love story born from the womb of violence and destruction, highlighting hope as the last weapon for man in the face of complex circumstances, and turning “survival” into a true victory. The work highlights the human dimensions of the suffering of civilians and the pain of those injured under the burden of war, presenting a poignant dramatic narrative that mixes pain and hope amid unprecedented, exceptional circumstances.

It is noteworthy that Tara Abboud’s journey in Egypt began with the movie “The Pasha’s Daughters,” where she played the role of a Syrian girl in the work, which witnessed its world premiere at the 2025 Cairo Film Festival, and co-starred with Zina, Sabreen, and Nahed El Sebaei, under the supervision of director Mando El Adl.

Despite her extensive international credit, which included starring in the series “Culprits”, for the British “Disney Plus”, and the thriller film “Rebel”, which was shown at the “Cannes” and “Red Sea” festivals, Tara’s major public launch was through the series “Al-Rawabi School for Girls”, directed by Tima Shomali, the work that continues to top the viewing lists on the “Netflix” platform, from its launch, until today.
