Central Bank: Covering the second issuance of short-term government Islamic Ijara and Murabaha Sukuks with 30 million dinars

The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that issuance No. 12IM/2 (ISIN BH000H5Y5766) of short-term government Islamic Ijara and Murabaha Sukuks issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain has been covered.

The value of the issue is 30 million Bahraini dinars for a maturity period of 364 days, starting from January 26, 2026 to January 25, 2027. The expected return for these sukuks is 4.68% compared to the return rate of 4.86% on December 15, 2025, noting that the issue was covered by 170%.
