SHARJAH, 22nd JANUARY / WAM / During its participation in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES” 2026, currently being held at the Expo Center Sharjah, the Sharjah Digital Department is showcasing the advantages and services of the “Aqari” platform, the integrated and comprehensive digital portal for real estate sector services in the emirate under the umbrella of the “Sharjah Digital Platform”, in a step that reflects its commitment to supporting the development of the sector and enhancing its competitiveness locally and regionally, in line with the emirate’s strategic directions towards consolidating its position as an attractive global destination for real estate investment. The participation of the Sharjah Digital Department in the exhibition confirms the department’s pivotal role in supporting the digital transformation of the real estate sector in the emirate by highlighting the integrated digital platforms and services that contribute to facilitating procedures and raising the efficiency of government services.

From this standpoint, we are keen to attend and actively participate in it to highlight the advanced digital environment for real estate services in the emirate, which contributes to encouraging digital transformation in this vital sector and enhancing cooperation between government agencies and the private sector to support real estate growth in Sharjah and consolidate its position as a regional and global center for digital excellence in Various sectors.
He stressed that the “Aqari” platform provides a unified digital interface for real estate services that enables customers to complete their transactions quickly and easily through integrated digital channels and represents a basic pillar for enhancing transparency and supporting the data-based decision-making process, which contributes to enhancing investor confidence and keeps pace with the emirate’s government’s vision towards innovation and sustainability.
During the exhibition period, the Sharjah Digital Department provides visitors with an innovative digital experience through which it showcases the launch of a package of development project services in cooperation with the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, which is directed to all those concerned with the real estate sector in the emirate, including real estate developers and banks, in addition to investors.
