"B19" Tops "Symbol stroke" In the President’s Cup for Falconry
Abu Dhabi, January 23 / WAM / The competitions for the thirteenth edition of the President’s Cup for Falconry continued yesterday on its twelfth day, organized by the Abu Dhabi Falconers Club, in Al Falah Square in Abu Dhabi.
The falcon “B19”, for the Meydan team, achieved first place in the symbol round open to the public – pure gear category – chick, and the falcon “Kayf” for the Al-Sayrami team won second place, and the falcon “HH16” for the Al-Fursan team came third.
The first-half competitions in the general category, Open Gear Pure – Chicken, resulted in the falcon “B009” by Abdullah Khalfan Butti Salem Al Qubaisi winning first place, the falcon “Al-Midrasi” for the Al-Ainawi team came second, and the falcon “HH21” for the Al-Fursan team came in second place.
The falcon “B80”, for the Al-Sairmi team, topped the second half of the general category, open gear pure-chicken, and the falcon “B5” came second, owned by Rashid Abdullah Hamad Al Marri, and third was the falcon “B1”, also owned by Rashid Abdullah Hamad Al Marri.
The “B65” falcon, for the Al Hilal Falcons team, shined and won the title of the first round in the General Open Gear Pure-Gernas category. The “B33” falcon, for the Al-Sairmi team, came second, and the “Al-Yalais” falcon, for Sultan Ahmed Thani Al-Falasi, came third.
The second half in the General Open Gear Pure-Gernas category saw the falcon “B75” for the Al Hilal Falcons team win first place, the falcon “Matheer” for the Al Sermi team came second, and the falcon “100” for the Al Hilal Falcons team came third.
Local production falcons competed in the Gerbior-Farkh race for all general categories, and the falcon “Al-Maswi” led by Hamad Abdullah Halis Juma Al-Falasi, and the falcon “451” came second, also by Juma Abdullah Al-Falahi, and third was the falcon “877”, also by Juma Abdullah Al-Falahi.
The tournament continues today, Friday, with the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition rounds for all categories: Gir Pure, Gir Qarmousha, Gir Shaheen, and Gir Taba, at Al Falah Square in Abu Dhabi.
