Sharjah is crowned champion of the Federation Cup for Handball

Sharjah, March 11 / WAM / The Sharjah Handball Team was crowned champion of the first edition of the Federation Cup for men and cubs.

This came after its victory tonight over Al Dhaid Club team 24-19 in the men’s category, and 13-0 over Al Dhaid also in the cubs category, in the matches of the seventh round of the competition.

With this result, Sharjah raised its score to 30 points from 10 consecutive victories for the men and the cubs, with one postponed match remaining against Dibba Al-Hisn.

The round’s matches in the men’s category witnessed Shabab Al-Ahly’s victory over Al-Wasl 23-22, and Dibba Al-Hisn’s victory over Mleiha 27-25.

In the Cubs category, Shabab Al-Ahly won over Al-Wasl 47-39, and Maliha won over Dibba Al-Hisn 35-34.
