The Zayed Charity Race arrives at Miami Station 31 this month with wide participation

Abu Dhabi, January 23 / WAM / The city of Miami, Florida, USA, is preparing to host the Zayed Charity Race – Miami 2026, scheduled to be held in the Coconut Grove area on January 31, as a new station through which the Global Humanitarian Initiative continues to consolidate its noble message and its bridges extending from the UAE to various countries of the world.
Miami is the first international stop for the Zayed Charity Race in 2026, followed by Budapest in Hungary next May, which reflects the ongoing geographical expansion of the initiative and its ability to unite diverse communities around the values of giving and human solidarity inspired by the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him.
The Supreme Organizing Committee of the race announced that it will be held for a distance of 5 kilometers from the Miami Municipal Building to Regatta Park, within the framework of an organization that will be held according to the highest standards, with expectations of wide participation from different nationalities and age groups, reflecting the strong community interaction with this initiative that combines sports and charitable work in an inspiring image of the UAE.
For the first time, a professional delegation of runners from the United Arab Emirates will travel to the United States of America to participate in the Zayed Charity Race – Miami 2026. The delegation includes 100 male and female runners, with a prominent Emirati presence that enhances the global humanitarian dimension of the race, and embodies the Emirates’ continued commitment to supporting sports initiatives with a humanitarian message.
The delegation’s final field and organizational visits are currently underway in preparation for its trip and participation in the race, within the framework of integrated coordination aimed at ensuring broad participation that reflects the leading position of the UAE in both charitable and sports work.
The total prize pool is $20,000, with the first place winner receiving $5,000, the second place receiving $2,500, and the third place receiving $1,500, in addition to raffle prizes for participants, which enhances the spirit of positive competition and adds a lively festive atmosphere to the event.
The proceeds from the Zayed Charity Race – Miami 2026 will be allocated to support the National Kidney Foundation in Florida, emphasizing the community mission of the race and its commitment to enhancing health care services and improving patient outcomes, in a practical way that reflects the depth of the humanitarian dimension of this initiative.
Lieutenant General (M) Mohammed Hilal Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the Zayed Charity Race, confirmed that the Miami stop represents a milestone in the international journey of the race, noting that its continuation in the United States for the eighteenth year reflects the growing global confidence in its charitable mission and the UAE’s humanitarian mission.
He said that the Zayed Charity Race has established its position as a global model that combines sporting excellence and social responsibility, driven by joint efforts and continuous coordination between organizers and partners, ensuring the sustainability of the event and expanding the scope of its positive impact in various international destinations.
