المملكة: Extending the term of the national and sectoral committees in the chambers of commerce to 3 years
The Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi issued a decision to amend an article in the list of national and sectoral committees in the chambers of commerce, which reflects the ministry’s keenness to modernize Regulatory frameworks for the commercial sector and enhancing the efficiency of the work of national and sectoral committees.
Amendment details
The amendment included amending Article Nine of the regulations to clarify the duration of the Organizational procedures related to the committees and ensuring the regularity of their work.
The decision confirmed that the amendment will be implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, to be effective and applied to all national and sectoral committees in the chambers of commerce, in a way that supports administrative stability and ensures the continuity of the work of the committees in line with the Ministry’s objectives in developing the commercial sector and enhancing its role in the national economy.
