The General Assembly of “Fash Fash” approves the election of 6 members to the Board of Directors

Fash Fash Foodstuff Factory Company announced the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held last Thursday evening.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The results of the vote on the Assembly’s agenda included: Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 03/27/2026 AD and has a duration of 4 Gregorian years ending on 03/26/2030.

The elected members are: Dr. Walid Al-Mahous, Yazid Al-Tamimi, Muhammad Al-Mahous, and Eng. Najeeb Al-Hamid, Suleiman Al-Mahous, and Saud Al-Najidi.
