As for the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be southerly. West to northwesterly at a speed ranging between 20 and 45 km per hour, and may reach 55 km per hour with the formation of rain thunderclouds.

The wave height ranges from one to two metres, and may reach two and a half metres, while the sea state is light to medium with waves reaching wavy with rain thunderclouds.
