Methanol Chemicals Company announced "Chemanol" It is still impossible to publish the preliminary financial results for the period ending on 03-31-2026 AD, due to the incompleteness of the audit procedures for the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2025 AD to date.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the incompleteness of the review procedures is due to some requirements that are still under review with the external auditor.
It noted the application of procedures for suspending listed securities in accordance with the listing rules. The company must announce any developments regarding the inability to publish the financial statements on a monthly basis, while committing to announce immediately without delay in the event of any fundamental developments.
