The Real Estate Fund confirmed the continuation of work on developing financing solutions in partnership with financing agencies and real estate developers; In order to facilitate the Housing ownership according to the financing options and recommendations appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries.
It is noteworthy that since its establishment in 1974 AD, the Real Estate Development Fund has supported more than 1.8 million beneficiaries, and it continues to play its pioneering role in enabling Saudi families to own suitable housing, by providing innovative and sustainable housing and financing solutions.
