In-kind registration begins for 43 real estate plots in 9 neighborhoods in the Tabuk region
Today, the Real Estate Registry announced the start of receiving applications for the first in-kind registration of (43) real estate plots in (9) neighborhoods in the Tabuk region in Umluj Governorate.
The Real Estate Registry called on real estate owners to register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform, or the Real Estate Registry application, and to contact the customer service center (199002), to inquire about registration procedures and steps.
April 29 deadline
He indicated that real estate owners must register their properties before the end of the day. Real estate areas are determined according to several standards and based on the role of the General Real Estate Authority as the authority responsible for registration. In-kind real estate registration in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the in-kind real estate registration system.
