Crowd Digital showcases a protection platform

In a step that enhances the leadership of the Emirate of Dubai in the field of societal digital transformation, the Hemaya Council, in cooperation with Crowd Digital, organized specialized workshops to review the working mechanisms and activation of the “Hemaya Digital Platform,” which is the unified umbrella for educational and security initiatives directed at the educational field.
The workshop brought together an elite group of decision-makers, specialists, and initiative owners to chart the features of a new phase of cooperation between educational institutions, security agencies, and technical partners.
Leadership presence and institutional solidarity
The workshops witnessed broad institutional cooperation that reflects the integration of visions. The sessions were launched with the active participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
The leadership attendance also recorded the participation of Brigadier Nasser Al-Zari, Deputy Director of the Dubai Police Academy and member of the Hemaya Council, and Brigadier Dr. Abdul Rahman Sharaf Al-Maamari, Director of the Hemaya International Center and member and Secretary of the Council.
The cooperation system was completed with representation from Crowd Digital, which included Amiral Al Mahdawi, the company’s CEO, and Ahmed Melhem, the managing partner, emphasizing the cohesion of efforts between the governmental and private sectors to serve the educational field.
Crowd Digital: Strategic cooperation to shape the future of digital security
As the technical partner developing the platform, Crowd Digital presented during the workshop the features of its journey in transforming the ambitious security vision of Dubai Police into a tangible digital reality. The company has succeeded in employing artificial intelligence techniques to analyze complex data and transform it into tools that support rapid preventive intervention in the educational field.
In this context, Crowd Digital’s CEO, Amiral El Mahdawi, said:
“Today represents a milestone in the journey of student safety and shaping the future of education in our society. The Dubai Police Hemaya platform goes beyond being a mere technical launch; it is a strategic national initiative designed to strengthen the protection system, raise the efficiency of the response, and consolidate the values of trust in the educational field with all its components. I am proud of the role that Crowd Digital played in developing this platform, and I express my gratitude to the Dubai Police and all partners for their trust, and we are fully committed to supporting the growth of the platform and its impact in the next stage.”
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Melhem stressed that the mission was beyond the limits of traditional technical development, saying:
“Working on a protection platform is, in essence, building an integrated trust system that brings together school, family, and security under one umbrella. Our vision at Crowd Digital stems from harnessing innovation to serve humanity, and there is no higher impact than contributing to reassuring parents and ensuring the safety of the future generation through pioneering digital solutions.”
Protection platform: a smart system with seven initiatives
The workshop focused on the platform’s role in unifying efforts across seven strategic initiatives (Naseej, Your Neighbor’s Policeman, I Will Not Go Back, School Safety, Spirit of Positivity, Safety Ambassadors, and the Hemaya International Center).
The platform is distinguished by its ability to monitor priority schools for awareness programs and transform them into safe environments, in addition to a protection points system that motivates students for positive behavior.
Empowering the educational field
Participants from the Ministry of Education, the Knowledge Authority, and the educational districts praised the ease of communication channels provided by the platform, stressing that unifying all awareness and training services in one place serves the interest of the student and facilitates the work of school administrations in following up on the security and educational impact.
The workshop concluded by emphasizing that activating the digital protection platform in cooperation with technical partners represents a qualitative leap in joint community work, in line with Dubai’s vision of anticipating the digital future and improving the quality of security life.
