The Ministry launched EducationToday, Tuesday, there are applications for the “Opportunities” program to transfer educational job holders for the current academic year, opening the way for those wishing to register their applications through the electronic “Fares” system in a marathon that continues until the seventeenth of this month of Shaban, according to a list of strict requirements aimed at controlling movement and ensuring school stability.

The conditions for the first day of application included a strict clause that prevents the repetition of transfer, as the Ministry stipulated that the applicant must not have benefited from any previous job opportunity or transfer. Not a full five years have passed from the date of issuance of the decision to implement that opportunity, cutting the way for repeated annual movements to ensure the stability of staff in their schools.

The Ministry today placed Geographic controls are specific to teachers appointed under the “regulatory contracts” system, prohibiting them from applying for any opportunities that fall outside the scope of the General Administration of Education to which they currently belong, restricting their movement in transfer within the same administration sectors only, while obliging the rest of the applicants to have the required opportunity located in a sector other than the sector in which they currently work.

With regard to the standards of competence and eligibility, the Ministry stressed in its announcement today the necessity of providing A job performance evaluation for the applicant for the previous two academic years, with automatic rejection of the applications of any teacher who is still undergoing a probationary period, or who does not have the qualifications and precise specialized conditions for the offered opportunity.

The regulations categorically excluded six categories from competition for transfer opportunities, namely those sent to study, those sent to teach or study, those who have received academic or exceptional leaves, in addition to those loaned to other parties, those who are blind from work, and those who are excluded from teaching. On the condition that the applicant’s record be free of these cases at the time of the specified start date for the opportunity.

The Ministry called on all male and female teachers to take advantage of the application period that began today, and to carefully review their data through the “Fares” system to ensure that these detailed conditions are met before confirming applications.
