Dubai hosts a conference"Proptech Connect" February 4 and 5

DUBAI, 27 JANUARY / WAM / The Dubai Land Department announced the agenda of the Proptech Connect Middle East 2026 conference, the international event specialized in real estate technology, which is organized under its supervision and hosted by the Emirate of Dubai for the first time in the Middle East region on the fourth and fifth of next February.

The announcement of the agenda came at a time when the global real estate sector is witnessing rapid transformations led by technology, data, and market governance.

In this regard, the conference provides an international platform that brings together decision-makers in real estate development and investment, government agencies, real estate technology companies, and investment institutions within a dialogue linking innovation, regulation, and capital in one of the most active and transparent real estate markets in the world.

The department identified the conference’s themes within a strategic framework that reflects the priorities of the next phase of the real estate sector and confirms Dubai’s role as an influential regulatory reference in shaping market trends regionally and internationally.

The agenda includes key sessions discussing the role of technology and data in reshaping the development and investment system, capital flow transformations, new investment models, the role of artificial intelligence in raising the efficiency of asset management, developing smart cities and major projects, and integrating sustainability into long-term urban planning, in addition to advanced regulatory frameworks, real estate coding, and blockchain technologies.
