المملكة: Al-Hoqail: The housing program contributed to raising the percentage of citizens’ ownership of homes to 66.2%

Confirm Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail The efforts made within the framework of The Housing Program contributed to raising the percentage of citizens owning homes to 66.2% by the end of 2025, in addition to the number of beneficiaries of housing support reaching more than one million beneficiaries, indicating that these results reflect the integration of efforts between the housing system and the relevant authorities.
Al-Hoqail extended his thanks and appreciation to The Council of Ministers for the praise and appreciation that the housing program has received, stressing that this support embodies the great interest and priority the state gives to the housing sector as one of the pillars of comprehensive development.
Appreciation of the Council of Ministers
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing added that the Council of Ministers’ appreciation represents a strong motivation to continue work, and strengthen initiatives and programs aimed at enabling citizens to own adequate housing, and achieving sustainability in the residential sector.
He stressed the continuation of developing housing solutions. Diversifying financing and organizational options, in a way that contributes to raising the quality of life, keeping pace with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and meeting the aspirations of citizens in various regions of the Kingdom.
