The Emirates Human Resources Development Council in Dubai launched a new initiative, “Dubai Ambition,” that aims to raise awareness of 10,000 students, train 10,000 Emirati students and graduates, and employ 5,000 Emirati citizens in the private sector during the current year 2026.
The Council explained during the Dubai Emiratization Forum, which was held this morning, that the “Dubai Ambition” initiative seeks to empower Emirati students and graduates, prepare them for the labor market, and expand the scope of employment in the private sector, within an integrated framework that brings together government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector companies within one system that aims to develop and enhance national human capital in accordance with Dubai’s sustainable development priorities.
The forum also witnessed the official launch of the “Human Development Platform,” the first integrated platform supported by artificial intelligence that aims to empower national competencies and expand their professional horizons through innovative technical solutions.
The platform operates within 4 main tracks, including “the educational track, the labor market entry track, the professional growth track, and the lifelong education track.”
