The Head of State affirms the UAE’s keenness to support everything that preserves Syria’s unity, security and stability

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received a phone call from Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, during which they discussed fraternal relations and ways to enhance cooperation in various fields for the benefit and development of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.

They also discussed a number of regional issues and developments of common interest, most notably developments in the region and the efforts made towards them. During the call, His Highness stressed the UAE’s keenness to support everything that is in the interest of the brotherly Syrian people and their aspirations for development and preserves Syria’s unity, security and stability.

For his part, President Ahmed Al-Sharaa appreciated the UAE’s fraternal positions in support of Syria, the aspirations of its people, and its efforts towards consolidating the causes of peace, security and stability in the region.
