Ajman, 31 January / WAM / The Ajman Chamber, with the approval of its Board of Directors, approved comprehensive updates to the human resources system and its executive regulations coinciding with the “Year of the Family 2026”, which included the introduction of a “special allowance” for children of employees of determination, and making broad amendments to the leave and promotions system, with the aim of enhancing family stability and supporting the balance between professional and social life.
Kaltham Al Mazrouei, Director of Human Resources Department, confirmed that the new system comes within the Chamber’s sustainable initiatives to consolidate social responsibility, noting that the amendments included maternity, paternity, mourning, study, Hajj, and emergency leaves.
She explained that the regulations included updating the mechanisms of official tasks, promotions, and grievances systems, to ensure a flexible and fair work environment that raises levels of job satisfaction and happiness.
