New South Wales – Australia, 31 January / WAM / Australia hosted the first round of the third edition of the Emirates World Cup for Arabian Horses, which was launched at Willinga Park in the Pawley Point area in the state of New South Wales, with the participation of a group of horses and their owners from various parts of the country, in a new station that confirms the growing presence of the championship on the global scene, and the artistic and heritage value it represents that reflects the status of purebred Arabian horses.

The winners were crowned by His Excellency Dr. Fahd Obaid Al-Itfaq, UAE Ambassador to Australia, in the presence of Mohammed Ahmed Al-Harbi, Director General of the Emirates Arabian Horse Association, Vice Chairman of the Emirates World Cup for Arabian Horses Committee, and a number of Arabian horse owners and breeders and those interested in a spectacle that reflects the depth of international partnerships and continued institutional support for the tournament.

The filly, “Siméon Sifrit” by Simeon Stud, won the gold title for yearling fillies, followed in second place and won the silver title, “Mary M.I.,” by Greg and Jean Farrell, while she came third, winning the bronze title, “Zarhemela Lady Dominic,” by Peter Hornby.

“Vittoria ME” by Greg and Jean Farrell won gold for fillies, came in second place, won the silver title, “Munira Al Hassan” by Kay Edwards, and won the bronze title, “Nitaka FF” by Kate and Doyle Dertel.

The gold title for yearling colts went to “Barouk ME” by Greg and Jean Farrell, and “Senator FF” by Candace came in second place, while the bronze title went to “Atholl Hill True Passion” by Michelle Bishop.

“Simeon Shiva” by Simeon Stud won the gold title for mares, followed in runner-up and won silver by “Sapphire ME” by Greg and Jean Farrell, while the bronze went to “Javlia FF” by Kate and Doyle Dertel.

He topped the colts championship, and the gold title was won by “Kilary Ulysses” by Kelly Mason, and “Requiem RPS” by Nicky Frisby came in second place, while “DA Domenico” by Nicole Marie and William Henricus won the bronze title.

“Ubicutes AG” by Lalisa and Christopher Rosewall topped the stallions’ lead, winning the gold title, and “Echoes of Tomorrow” by Robin Rogers won the silver title, while “Zarhamela Maverick” by Peter Hornby won the bronze title.
