Extensive participation in the activities of the Emirati-Indian Cultural Council in Fujairah

Fujairah, 1st February / WAM / The Ministry of Sports and the Emirates Sports for All Federation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and strategic partners, organized the first event of the Emirati-Indian Cultural Council, in Fujairah yesterday, in the Al Hail area, and attracted thousands of members of the Indian community.
The event included various sporting events, including bow and arrow activities and competitions, laser shooting and folk games.
The Indian Social Club in Fujairah participated in Indian heritage folklore activities, and the representative office of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection in Fujairah provided a group of medical examinations with the participation of Al Sharq Hospital and private health centers.
The Emirates Health Services Corporation contributed by providing free vaccinations to the participants, as part of the initiatives aimed at integrating sports with cultural heritage and strengthening the bonds of friendship between peoples, while the Fujairah National Company contributed effective efforts in supporting the event.
His Excellency Saeed Al-Ajel, President of the Emirates Sports for All Federation, praised the success of the events and the broad participation in various activities, which contributes to enhancing the role of sports in strengthening the bonds of friendship between peoples and consolidating ties.
He praised the great efforts and continuous support of the Ministry of Sports to implement various community initiatives, noting the efforts of the partners in the success of the event, especially the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, the Emirates Health Services Corporation, and all official departments in the Emirate of Fujairah, hoping to organize more similar events in the coming period in a number of regions of the country.
