“Proptech Connect 2026” launches in Dubai tomorrow

The “PropTech Connect 2026” activities, the international event specialized in real estate technology, will be launched at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Hotel tomorrow, which is hosted by the Emirate of Dubai for the first time in the Middle East region, under the supervision of the Dubai Land Department, with broad participation of more than 4,000 participants from government leaders, investors, developers, and real estate technology companies, on the fourth and fifth of February 2026. During the conference, the Dubai Land Department will showcase an integrated set of its digital projects, which represent practical models for employing technology in regulating the real estate market and enhancing its governance, most notably the “Dubai Rest” application, the comprehensive smart real estate platform that enables various categories of customers to manage and implement real estate services digitally, view real estate portfolios, price indicators, returns, and manage rental contracts and related services.

The department is also showcasing the “Smart Rental Index” based on artificial intelligence and the building classification system, which contributes to determining rental values ​​in a fair and transparent manner, in addition to the live real estate transactions screen that displays real-time data about sales and rental contracts in various areas of Dubai.

During the event, the department will also highlight four qualitative initiatives that reflect the breadth of the real estate innovation system, including: the “Emirati Real Estate Companies Incubator” program, and the “First Property Owning” program, which facilitates home ownership for a wider segment of citizens and residents, in addition to the “Reiss” Real Estate Innovation Initiative, which sets a global road map for real estate technology and artificial intelligence, as well as “Malik,” a multi-channel customer service assistant that provides a unified and immediate digital support experience around the clock. The hour.
