The Head of State meets the Prime Minister of Kuwait, who is visiting the country to participate in the World Government Summit

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, met today with His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the sisterly State of Kuwait, who is on a working visit to the country during which he will participate in the World Government Summit 2026.
His Highness the Kuwaiti Prime Minister conveyed to His Highness the President the greetings of his brother, His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the sisterly State of Kuwait, and his wishes for the Emirates and its people for continued development and prosperity. The meeting also touched on the World Government Summit 2026, the importance of the topics on its agenda, and the common keenness to enhance cooperation and exchange of experiences between the UAE and Kuwait in the field of government work, in a way that supports the development path in the two countries and achieves the aspirations of their people.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the depth of the historical fraternal relations between the UAE and Kuwait, and the feelings of love and mutual respect that bind the two countries at the official and popular levels.
For his part, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah expressed his appreciation for the kind feelings of His Highness the President of the State towards Kuwait and its people and his keenness to strengthen Emirati-Kuwaiti relations in various fields, and his appreciation for the Emirates and its people for Kuwait’s participation in celebrating its national days, noting the deep ties expressed during the “Emirates and Kuwait…brothers forever” week between the two countries at the official and popular levels.
