The UAE hosts the second round of trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States in Abu Dhabi

Today, the second round of tripartite talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States began in Abu Dhabi, as part of diplomatic efforts aimed at advancing the political course of the crisis.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the UAE’s hosting of this tour reflects its well-established and balanced relations with the three parties, and international confidence in its role in facilitating dialogue and providing a supportive environment for constructive talks led by US President Donald Trump.

The Ministry indicated that the launch of the second round reflects the keenness of the parties concerned with the diplomatic track, expressing its hope that this round will contribute to building on what was achieved during the first round, in a way that supports progress towards broader understandings.

The Ministry renewed the UAE’s commitment to supporting international efforts aimed at reaching a comprehensive and sustainable political solution, thus enhancing the chances of peace and stability at the regional and international levels.
