Abdullah bin Zayed receives the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit in Dubai.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them in various fields, including economic, trade, investment and development.
The two sides also exchanged views on the importance of the World Government Summit and its role in enhancing the process of government work in various countries, in order to achieve sustainable development for peoples.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the depth of friendly relations with Turkmenistan, praising the continued growth in the paths of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various sectors that support their development priorities.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Science and Advanced Technology, Imran Sharaf.
