“Global Dialogue for Impact” discusses the role of content creators in linking vision to implementation

The “Global Dialogue for Impact,” which was held at the Influencer Headquarters platform as part of the World Government Summit 2026, discussed the growing role of content creators, influencers, and thought leaders in linking vision to practical implementation. The First Lady of the Republic of Ecuador, Lavinia Valbonesi Noboa, participated in the dialogue, along with a number of high-level leaders and officials, an elite group of content makers and global influencers, and a number of international figures, entrepreneurs, and representatives of media and creative institutions.
The dialogue focused on discussing the growing role of content makers, influencers and thought leaders in linking vision to practical implementation, and transforming commitments, goals and plans into tangible, measurable impact, expansion and growth. The discussions sought to explore innovative cooperation models that bring together the government and private sectors, and systems led by content creators, which contribute to enhancing accountability and building trust, developing influential storytelling, maximizing impact, and establishing cross-sector partnerships that support individuals and communities.
Lavinia Valbonesi Noboa explained that the role of the First Lady, despite its symbolic nature, remains an extension of the government’s image before society, which imposes a double responsibility in building trust and effective communication, stressing that the ability to influence is based on trust and honesty, and to address new generations in her language and methods.
The “Transforming Influencers into Effective Institutions” session also witnessed the participation of Lexi Rivera, a digital content creator, fashion entrepreneur, and “Island Time” actress, the CEO and content creator of Ling & Lam, Yinka Luanson, and the CEO, actor, writer, and media entrepreneur at Dropouts University Studios, Zach Justice. It was moderated by Stephen Bertoni, Assistant Editor-in-Chief at Forbes magazine, and the discussions focused on the most prominent models of transformation from individual influence to sustainable institutional work. Ways to strengthen these models, in addition to their impact in enhancing trust and social responsibility.
Lavinia Valbonesi Noboa:
• The ability to influence is based on trust and honesty, and addressing new generations in their own language and methods.
