Al-Hajri receives the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan

Abu Dhabi, 6 February / WAM / His Excellency Saeed Al Hajri, Minister of State, received His Excellency Farukh Sharif Zadeh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, and his accompanying delegation at the General Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during his visit to the country to participate in the World Government Summit 2026.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the UAE and the Republic of Tajikistan, and reviewed existing areas of cooperation and opportunities for developing them in a number of sectors, including the renewable energy and sustainability sector. The two sides also discussed a number of topics of common interest.

His Excellency Al Hajri praised the distinguished relations between the UAE and the Republic of Tajikistan, stressing the keenness of both sides to strengthen them in various fields, especially economic and investment, as well as supporting cooperation in the government sector between the two countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides praised the strong and deep-rooted relations between the two countries and the constructive cooperation at all levels, stressing the existence of many capabilities and opportunities to support and enhance them in various fields, in a way that achieves mutual interests and contributes to supporting the sustainable development of both friendly countries.
