The Ramadan atmosphere prevails in schools with an organized school breakfast during recess

The administrations of a number of public and private schools organized the Ramadan school breakfast event during the school day and at break time, coinciding with the approaching month of Ramadan, in order to instill Islamic and social values ​​in the hearts of male and female students, in an organized and safe educational atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the holy month.

This initiative aims to enhance the atmosphere of the Holy Month among students, consolidate the values ​​of cooperation and participation, and introduce the customs of breaking the fast during Ramadan, within an educational school environment that takes into account the approved regulations and instructions.

School administrations explained that Ramadan Iftar is organized collectively for each grade within its department, during the recess period, and under the supervision of the educational and administrative staff, in a way that ensures the progress of the school day without any impact on the lessons.

The administrations indicated that male and female students are allowed to bring simple and appropriate foods from home, provided that they are easy to serve, stressing that no dishes will be received through the school reception. It is also allowed to bring simple Ramadan gifts, commensurate with the nature of the occasion and without extravagance.

With regard to general preparation, schools allowed classrooms to be decorated in a way that suits the Ramadan atmosphere without exaggeration, in addition to allowing the wearing of traditional dress, with an emphasis on adherence to public morals.

The administrations confirmed through letters and school messages addressed to parents and students, reviewed by Emirates Today, that these controls come out of concern for the safety of male and female students, and to organize the event in an optimal way, in order to achieve its educational and social goals, and enhance the spirit of discipline and responsibility among everyone.

The schools expressed their thanks and appreciation to the parents for their continued cooperation, looking forward to the students sharing the joy of welcoming the holy month of Ramadan in an atmosphere of respect, organization, and a spirit of love and harmony.
