“Dewa” records the highest levels of customer happiness

During 2025, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) continued to record the highest levels of customer happiness, achieving 98.9% in the Dubai Government’s real-time happiness index, and according to the results of the Customer Happiness Index study, which is measured by the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, the happiness of customers with disabilities reached 98.02% during 2025, and the happiness percentage of customers with the authority reached 97.01%, while the happiness percentage of service delivery partners exceeded 99% during 2024.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, said: “The Customer Happiness Charter aims to enhance the involvement of stakeholders, by adopting best practices and providing innovative and digital solutions that achieve their happiness.”
