The Governorate for Education awards a contract with Tatweer Buildings for 57.3 million riyals
Company announced "Governorate for education" It received notification of the award of a land lease contract in the Al-Jazeera neighborhood in Riyadh from a company "Development of buildings"This is to be invested in building, equipping and operating an education facility affiliated with the Governorate Education Company.
The contract stipulates leasing land in the Al-Jazeera neighborhood in the city of Riyadh with an area of (19,104.26 square meters) to build, equip and operate an education facility, for a period of 25 Gregorian years from the date of signing the contract. The contract duration includes a grace period of two years that does not entail any rental value.
The contract value amounts to 2.010 million riyals annually, increasing by 10% every 5 contract years, while the total rental value of the contract throughout its duration reaches 57.33 million riyals (not including value-added tax).
